Mother & son team Chef Maria Trujillo and Arturo Bibiano share Salvadoran inspired Pupusas with a twist.
Expect: Thick corn tortillas grilled with an infusion of Pastor, Asada, Pollo and even Jackfruit, all hand-made to order. Accompanied by traditional Curtido, a spicy cabbage slaw, and salsa.
